AERO Custom Homes is a
Custom Home Builder
based in Utah.

The Chatwin family has been building custom homes in Wasatch, Utah, Summit & Salt Lake Counties for two generations.  While there are plenty of new home builders and general contractors in the northern Utah area, we’re a little bit different.  Our process is simple, friendly, honest, and low-stress.  Our family has been building houses for decades, so we know how to avoid new home construction pitfalls.  You’ll benefit from our long-term relationships with architects, subcontractors, and others in the community.  We specialize in building beautiful, affordable custom homes, whether they are modern and sleek, or warm and inviting, we have the expertise to bring your vision to life.

Owner Rob Chatwin has years of experience in the industry and genuinely enjoys being on-site, building a home from the ground up. He believes that day-to-day supervision is necessary to ensure a stunning finished project. Rob, his wife Kim, and the Chatwin family provide a personal building experience grounded in trust and teamwork.
